(I think they taste fishy).However, the Omega 3 contained in each pill is comprised of ALA, DHA, and EPA, in that order.ALA is likely useless; the stuff we want is DHA and EPA.This item does not state how much ALA is in each pill compared to DHA and EPA. ALA may be broken down in the body to DHA and EPA but in very small quantities.It is likely that this pill is mostly ALA, and I am going to stop giving it to my kids.
