(More customer reviews)I've been taking Fisol's enteric coated fish oil capsules for at least three years in an effort to keep HDL up as I work to keep LDL lower, and also to try to keep my joints moving a bit more freely. I switched to Fisol product because I found that the non-enteric coated capsules left me with some jitters in my gut and sometimes an aftertaste.I've not had a single instance of such trouble with Fisol. I've managed to get HDL to move up modestly, but exercise might have had more to do with that than Fisol. In any case, the doc thinks that for someone in his late 50s my heart and blood are in good shape. I'd like to think Fisol helps, and it's certain that it's not doing any harm.
