I do not want to take a statin drug for my elevated cholesterol and low HDL, so my M.D. recommended fish oils. I started on a regiment of Pure Mega 3 (3 per day) and after 2 months I had my levels checked.Results: Total 235 (down 38 points); Triglycerides 54 (down from 180); HDL 53 (up from 35--great!); LDL 171 (down 31 points). I expect even further improvement on my next panel in 6 months!
