I have been battling the blues since college, some days worse than others. By taking Udo's oil for more than a month by the recommendation of 2 friends, I feel physically and mentally, more energetic, alert, calm (I also decreased my caffeine intake), and more inclined to do things that make me happy (socializing with friends). My eczema has not cleared up, but I notice that my skin is more supple and I don't always need lotion. My visual acuity has improved as well. I wear contacts, but I know that I can see clearer. This is something I plan to take for the long haul, to maintain my mood, energy, postivity, and skin and eye health. The 17 ounce bottle lasts more than month. You take 1 Tablespoon per 50 lbs of body weight, which is a very potent amount. I am getting my parents to take this as well. For high blood pressure it is recommended to seek a physician's opinion first.
