(More customer reviews)The dosage for this product is 3 pills a day (or 6 pills for the advanced dosage). With food, I take one pill in the morning, one pill in the afternoon, and one pill at night. Every time I take these pills I get a mild to moderate headache within 30 minutes. Even if I only take one pill per day, I still get a very noticeable headache. Needless to say, I stopped taking the pills after a week. I wouldn't recommend this product.
